How to Interpret Your Profile Results

How to interpret your results
We all have some of each of the five elements, Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. This profile helps you discover your lead element … and the element/s that could use some strengthening.
Your highest number is your LEAD element.

UNLESS, your numbers are single digits, even if Metal is not the highest number, that is your lead element.
Your Lead element is your decision maker. It defines the way you do things, your preferred play, your ideal work, how you like to relax, and how you interact with others.

Have a TIE for first place?
Read the descriptions for both elements to get a sense of which one feels more YOU.
Your lowest number represents your greatest potential growth. Which, when strengthened, your growth element brings wonderful gifts to your life.

If your numbers are within a close range and in the 20’s or higher, you are balanced in all five elements … and we all want to be YOU.

Each element functions in the world differently than the others. Each has strengths and contexts where they are not effective. In moments of stress or vulnerability, when a person is not balanced in all five, they will revert to their lead element’s way of handling the situation.
When a person is balanced, even when stressed or feeling vulnerable, the element that is most adept in that context will automatically take the helm.

When unexpected changes occur, for example, Water energy automatically comes forth to "go with the flow" comfortably. When assertiveness is required, Wood energy in just the necessary strength comes forward. And so on.

Not balanced?
That’s NORMAL. The good news is we can all become balanced by making changes in our spaces to strengthen the elements where our scores were markedly lower.

One of the best ways to help achieve balance is to let go of clutter. You may need to make space before adding any fresh symbols, colors, or shapes. Just the act of making space strengthens your Metal quotient.
